Identify
Coolray and Binyue references are reconciled with legal model, VIN, engine and transmission evidence.

What is not assumed
A listing is not current stock until dated evidence links the seller, vehicle and VIN. A global Coolray brochure is not automatically the specification of a China-market Binyue. Displayed equipment does not establish legality, overseas software access or destination support. Domestic warranty promotions do not automatically travel with an independently exported vehicle.
Evidence and commercial responsibility
Candidate records preserve the source, date and unresolved limits of each claim. Quotations should state currency, validity, included China-side work and delivery point. Destination tax, registration, emissions acceptance, connected services and carrier rules remain subject to current third-party requirements.

When a candidate is rejected
A vehicle is paused when seller authority, identity, structure, flood evidence, diagnostic status, destination eligibility or a high-cost drivetrain question remains materially unresolved. Negotiation does not convert an unknown into evidence. A substituted VIN starts a fresh file.
How evidence is handed over
The candidate file remains understandable after the sale conversation ends. It connects legal identity, dated media, inspection findings, accepted exceptions, contract terms, export documents and loading condition.
