This policy covers information submitted through UsedGeelyCoolray.com or sent through its displayed email and WhatsApp routes for vehicle sourcing, inspection, quotation and export coordination.

Information collected

The form may collect name, destination, email, WhatsApp number, version and condition preferences, free-text requirements, consent, source site and normal technical request data. It does not request passwords, payment-card data or identity documents.

Purpose

Information is used to answer requests, distinguish Coolray and Binyue versions, source possible vehicles, coordinate evidence, estimate logistics, maintain transaction records and prevent misuse. Enquiry information is not sold.

Service providers and international processing

Hosting, communications, sourcing, inspection, logistics and professional providers may process the limited information necessary for the request. International vehicle trade can require processing outside the buyer's country.

Retention and security
